Novie Kordeie - Pastry Chef
Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia. Novie migrated to the Pacific Northwest in early 1996. As a Cake Decorator/Baker at Haggen's Food and Pharmacy and Beaverton Bakery, Novie has awarded the community with tasteful delights since her arrival. She enjoys cooking and baking international cuisine. Novie is married and has been baking since her high school years.
